We use mobile data solely for service-related communications that the user has expressly opted into.
Users may opt out at any time by replying “STOP” to any SMS message received from NuTasks. Standard message and data rates may apply. Opt-out requests are honored immediately and permanently unless the user chooses to opt back in.

11. Contact Information
All subscription purchases made through the NuTasks application are non-refundable. Once a subscription plan is purchased, the user will have full access to the selected plan’s features for the contracted period. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including partial usage or non-usage of the service.
